Enjoy a gentle, relaxing yoga practice designed specifically to meet the needs of senior adults. Create balance in the body by developing strength, flexibility, & range of motion. This class includes breathing, stretching and deep relaxation. Participants will need to bring a yoga mat and have the ability to get up and down from the floor. All levels of experience are welcome.
